Can I return or exchange?
As a small business where most of our pieces are made custom to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. It is very important to measure your wrist before ordering for this reason! If in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Nobody likes a tight bracelet!

What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please contact USPS to make a claim. All items include a tracking number except for those that are local pickup.
What if my bracelet arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will help with any issues. Refunds or exchanges will be made on a case by case basis. Any incurred damage from harsh wear, is not eligible for a replacement. Please email a clear photo to onieandsky@gmail.com
How long will it take for my jewelry to arrive?
Each piece is handmade and shipped within 1 week of purchase.
How do I care for my bracelet(s)?
The bracelets are stretchy and durable, but to maintain their shape, please roll them on and off your wrist. The 14k gold filled beads are tarnish resistant and waterproof, however, the polymer clay heishi beads are subject to fading over time with wear. Avoid exposing your bracelets to harsh chemicals (i.e. perfumes, chlorine, saltwater) as it may cause reaction to the metal and clay.
What is gold filled?
Gold-filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of gold mechanically bonded to a metal base. In the USA, gold filled legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight.
What size should I order?
In order to get the perfect fit for the gold bead bracelets, we highly recommend measuring before placing an order.
MEASURING METHOD 1
Use a soft measuring tape around your wrist tightly, add 1/2 inch for a fitted bracelet and 1 inch for a looser fit. This is based on your style preference.

Use a piece of string, thread, or floss to wrap around your wrist tightly and then measure the length with a ruler. Add 1/2 inch for a fitted bracelet and 1 inch for a looser fit. This is based on your style preference.
